Turning Toward the Light
In the garden there are flowers that turn toward the light. They seek out the warm radiance of the sun and its life-giving quality to them. They bathe in the glow and boom ever brighter.

Human beings are designed to worship their Creator. Like the flowers, as we seek out the light of God’s presence we are warmed when we worship the Lord by a peace that is beyond all understanding. We think of Sunday as the ‘day of worship,’ although we desperately need the vital connection with God everyday of the week. Worship is an attitude and an action, a state of mind and a reverence that comes from our heart. Our King is worthy of our worship in everything we do, and desires to be a part of everything we are, and are becoming. He ever pursues us, always seeks us out, and we are continually on His mind. Oh, let our minds continually be on Him with thankfulness and in awe of Him.
